BODY-CHAMP WITHOUT MATERIAL is the version of the Body-Champ program for people who want to train optimally without equipment.
Not having equipment can be a drag in your training, but it will not limit your progress. Indeed, Body-Champ without material follows the same logic as the Body-Champ program.
